While there are a few cases wherein the desired results were achieved with the 2 month prescribed time, most women noticed significant changes after 4 months of use. Another point against Latisse is that you should use it continuously. If you stop using the product, your eyelashes will go back to their previous state.

The final drawback of Latisse is its price. At $120, it is an expensive product. The large price tag should be weighed against its many side effects and drawbacks.
