Customer Service Job

Ang pagkakaron ng customer service is not easy as you think. You have to deal with all the shits. Sa simula nastun ako dahil first time ko sa ganitong trabaho and nasusurprise ako kapag may taong galit or something but habang tumatagal nasasanay and i give zero shit about someone being so angry. All i have to do is do the best i can and deal with it kung galit pa din sila i just assure them na gagawin ko makakaya ko. Yun lang,
